The Ministry of Industry and Commerce (MOIC) focuses on leading economic sectors in industry, trade, tourism, and services based on technology, communications, business services, health, education and training sectors.

The Ministry of Industry and Commerce (MOIC) has designed a Business Licensing System called SIJILAT. SIJILAT is a Commercial Registration Portal that enables Citizens/ Expats/ GCC Citizens to create a Commercial Registration and add activities to it according to the rules and regulations of the MOIC.
